Life is more than productivity

We all want to make the most of every day – but we are people, not robots. Sometimes important things slip our mind. An important birthday or anniversary might sneak up on us – or pass us by! We might forget to take a medicine, fast before a blood test, or miss important bills service dates or renewals.

Really, it’s true! If remembering dates, details, and tasks has felt a bit ‘fuzzy’ these past couple of years, it’s not you. Experts say it’s not about laziness or losing your edge, forgetfulness impacts us all.

Even without issues caused by ADD/ADHD, COVID brain fog, or dementia, today we are so busy doing ‘things’ or living similar days that we lose the anchors that help organize our memory and stay on top of the important stuff.
